History

Since its inception in 1947, Pritchard Brown has been a pioneer in transportation-related equipment manufacturing, employing stress-skin semi-monocoque construction. In 1986, under new ownership, the company expanded its capabilities to include custom equipment for on-site power generation, switchgear, controls, electronics, and telecommunications. By 1994, Pritchard Brown relocated to its current manufacturing facility, boasting over 70,000 square feet of production space and advanced material handling capabilities. Joining Fennell Holdings in 2003 further strengthened the company’s purchasing power and technical support while upholding its reputation for unmatched quality. Through continuous process improvement and adherence to best practices, Pritchard Brown remains poised to lead the industry well into the 21st century.
